The Spartan 1500 comes equipped with a Flaming Coals 60kg spit roast motor, giving you enough torque to turn up to 30kg of balanced meat effortlessly. For larger roasts or added peace of mind, you can upgrade to the commercial-grade 120kg motor available from the drop-down options.

Premium Skewer & Accessories

Its solid 22mm diameter stainless steel skewer won’t bend or warp, even under heavy loads. Combined with two large prongs, a back brace, and a leg bracket, you can secure whole lambs, pigs, or multiple roasts safely and evenly.

The hooded design lets you control temperature and smoke, perfect for slow roasting and locking in flavour. Complete with a viewing window and temperature gauge, you can monitor your cook without lifting the lid or losing heat.

Built to Last

Crafted from 201 stainless steel with 304 food-grade accessories, this spit roaster is made for longevity and ease of maintenance. The stainless steel charcoal pan insert protects the body and simplifies cleanup, while lockable wheels make it easy to move and secure in place.
